A request is not confirmed until availability has been checked and Killamaru Peru Travel sends written confirmation.
Before you book
Everything you need to confirm your journey
These guidelines apply to bookings made directly with Killamaru Peru Travel. Tour-specific conditions shown in your written quotation take priority when they differ.
Deposit
A deposit may be required to secure permits, tickets, trains, accommodation and operational services. The required amount appears in your quotation.
Traveler details
Names, passport numbers, nationality and birth dates must match the documents used during travel. Permit errors may require a new purchase.
Final confirmation
Your reservation is complete after the agreed payment and required traveler information have been received and confirmed by email.
Changes requested by the traveler
Date, route or participant changes depend on availability and supplier rules. Inca Trail permits and named entrance tickets are generally non-transferable. Any additional cost will be communicated before proceeding.
Cancellations
Cancellation charges depend on notice, permits already issued and non-refundable supplier payments. Your quotation will state the applicable schedule. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
Operational changes
Weather, strikes, road conditions, government restrictions or safety concerns may require adjustments. We will provide the safest reasonable alternative without compromising essential traveler welfare.
Health and fitness
Travelers must disclose relevant medical conditions and assess whether the selected route matches their fitness and altitude experience. Medical and evacuation costs remain the traveler’s responsibility.
