Killamaru Travel Adventures E.I.R.L., trading as Killamaru Peru Travel, coordinates tourism services in Peru. These terms apply to reservations made directly with our company.
General conditions
Travel with clear expectations
By confirming a booking, the traveler accepts these conditions together with the itinerary, price and tour-specific terms supplied in writing.
Prices and inclusions
Prices are based on the services, traveler count, dates and inclusions shown in the quotation. Items not expressly listed as included remain the traveler’s responsibility.
Reservations and payment
A booking becomes confirmed after required information and payment have been received and written confirmation has been issued. Payment deadlines are essential for permit- and ticket-based services.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation terms vary according to permits and supplier commitments. Non-refundable tickets, permits and contracted services will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Traveler responsibilities
Travelers must carry valid documents, follow guide instructions, respect local laws and disclose conditions that may affect safe participation. Appropriate insurance is strongly recommended.
Itinerary changes and force majeure
Routes may change because of weather, strikes, closures, public authority decisions, natural events or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Safety takes priority in all operational decisions.
Third-party services
Hotels, railways, transport companies and other suppliers operate under their own rules. Killamaru coordinates these services and assists travelers when disruptions occur.
Privacy and communications
Personal data is used to manage reservations, permits, traveler support and required communications. We do not request passwords or unnecessary financial credentials.

Concerns should be reported promptly so our team can assist. Formal submissions may be made through our Complaints Book.
