About this experience
Ride a horse through the hills of Sacsayhuamán and discover rarely visited archaeological sites. The tour passes through Kusilluchayoc, the Temple of the Moon, Zone X (Lanlacuyoc) and the spectacular Balcón del Diablo, with a sacred Inca cave.
From the ranch in San Blas, the muleteer and guide teach you how to control your horse before starting the adventure. Includes transportation, helmet and snack.

Your journey, day by day

Day 1: Kusilluchayoc – Temple of the Moon – Devil's Balcony
To start the activity, our guide will visit you at the hotel to provide you with information about the ride. Next we will take the private transportation that will take us to the Ranch, located around Villa San Blas outside the City of Cusco. Once we arrive at the Ranch, we will have the meeting with the Muleteer and the horses. When taking the horses, the Guide will demonstrate how to control our horse and how to use safety equipment, helmets and first aid kit, among others. Then we will go to Kusilluchayoc, Temple of the Moon, Zone In the Devil's Balcony we will pass through a natural cave formed thousands of years ago, which was used by the Incas as a Sacred place. Finally we will return to the Ranch, then we will say goodbye to the Arriero, also leaving the horses. We will take private transportation that will take us to our hotel in Cusco.

- No prior riding experience is required.
- Wear long pants and closed shoes; avoid sandals.
- The maximum recommended weight per horse is 90 kg.
