About this experience
Tour the sister lagoons Huaypo and Piuray on a Honda TRX 250 ATV, hidden gems of the Cusco highlands. From Cruzpata you drive along Andean roads, crop fields and the town of Chinchero until you reach the Mirador de los 5 Nevados.
The crystal clear waters of Huaypo contrast with the mountains and local crops. Includes fuel, helmet, gloves, bilingual guide and round-trip transportation.

Your journey, day by day

Day 1: Cusco – Huaypo Lagoon – Piuray Lagoon
We will begin the tour by picking you up from your hotel in Cusco to take our vehicle to Cruzpata, where we will arrive in approximately 50 minutes, passing through beautiful towns and beautiful landscapes typical of the Peruvian Andes.
In Cruzpata there are the facilities where our guide will be waiting for us, who will give us a brief talk and demonstration of the proper and correct use of the ATVs and safety equipment. After practicing in the place for a few minutes, we will begin the journey to the sister lagoons.
Our first stop will be the Huaypo lagoon, whose crystalline waters contrast perfectly with the landscape of the mountains and crop fields. Many stories are told about this lagoon, among which the one that stands out is that every night of the full moon it is reflected in the waters and you can see an ancient citadel full of lights in the depths of its waters.
Another story of this place is related to UFOs since according to several residents of the area they have been able to see and even have contact with beings from other planets.
We will continue our tour having fun on our ATVs to the Piuray lagoon (sister of the Huaypo lagoon) passing through the town of Chinchero. In the Piuray lagoon we will be able to see some seasonal birds to finally head towards the sector called “Mirador de los 5 snow-capped mountains” from where you can see the 5 snow-capped mountains that protect the entire Sacred Valley.
We will end the tour leaving the ATVs in Cruzpata and then return to the city of Cusco in our mobility.
