Your journey, day by day
-
Day 1: Cusco – Sacred Valley
At 09:00 am. We will depart towards the Urubamba River in the Sacred Valley of the Incas (North of Cusco), where our guide will give an introductory talk about safety and the use of equipment to begin our journey through the Urubamba. We will raft for about 2 and ½ hours on the rapids of II, III. IV+ and V, depending on the route we select. We can run in Huambutio up to class II, Ollantaytambo Class III (We run it from May to December), Quiquijana Class III (December to May) and Chuquicahuana in Class III, IV and V (from December to May) for the latter, that is the most difficult, so for our safety we take a kayak, which means an extra guide simply for safety.
After lunch we will take a flight to the city. from Cusco, and we will be arriving around 17:00.
